Our Mission
Our mission is to proclaim the message, principles, and values of Jesus Christ to the world as a whole, irrespective of race, gender, ethnic affiliation, or social status.
Our Vision
We envision a faith-based community, truly dedicated to the liberation and transformation of the individual, the community, and the society as a whole.
Our Core Values
We value:
- The family
- Diversity
- Relationships
- A caring and supportive community
- this
value comes from the African concept of Community:
“I am because you are.”
The Purpose of Our Church
The purpose of this church is to worship God, fellowship, teach, and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the extent that we glorify God in the conversion and baptism of new believers, and strengthen each other in the Christian Faith; promote the principles of stewardship in the lives of believers and support the cause of missions both here and abroad; grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Statement of Faith
We believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; that He came into the world to save the world and reconcile the world back to God through His death and resurrection; and demonstrate that God cares for humanity and those who are oppressed to the extent that He became one who was oppressed.
We believe that God’s purpose for humanity is liberation, and that if we continue in His word, we shall know the truth, and the truth shall make us free (John 8:32). We believe in the Fatherhood of God and the kinship of all humanity and that all life is redeemable.
We believe that the Holy Bible is the sole authority in all matters of our faith and practice, and the guide for our daily living.
